The size chart below refers to shoes with standard Dante width. To find your perfect size, we also recommend checking your foot measurement in CM or IN.
How to measure your foot?
- Wear the socks you would normally wear with this type of footwear.
- Place a sheet of paper on the floor, against the wall.
- Stand on the sheet with your heel touching the wall.

Mark the longest point of your longest toe
(it is not always the big toe). - Measure the distance between the wall and the mark.
- Repeat the process with both feet and use the measurement of the longest foot as a reference.
If you are between two sizes, we suggest choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
Shoe Fit
Most of our models are built with a standard width last. However, if you have a particularly narrow or wide foot, consider the following:
- Narrow foot: you can opt for half a size smaller.
- Wide foot or high instep: we recommend half a size larger for greater comfort.
Considerations for Dante Boots
In addition to foot length and width, it is important to consider:
Shaft height
This is the distance from the end of the heel to the top of the boot. It varies between models.
Shaft circumference
Some of our boots have tighter (slim) shafts and others are wider. To find out if a model suits you, measure the circumference of your calf at its widest part with a measuring tape without tightening.
Narrow foot measurement
For slender feet and a low instep/arch.
If you have a narrow foot, we advise opting for a narrower width or half a size down, depending on availability.
Standard foot measurement
For medium to wide feet.
For standard feet with a medium instep/arch, we recommend choosing your usual size or the standard width option.
Wide foot measurement
For high insteps or wide soles.
For wide feet with a high instep/arch, we suggest choosing a wider width or half a size up.
