Refund policy

WARRANTY POLICY. The products are covered by a warranty for manufacturing defects or hidden flaws, which is valid for 30 calendar days from the date you received your product(s) and includes logistics services.


The warranty policy does not apply in any of the following cases:


1. The product was used;

2. The product suffered damage, abuse, or wear unrelated to Dante®;

3. The warranty policy has expired.


Once the warranty has expired, no repairs, exchanges, or returns can be made.

EXCHANGE POLICY. Exchanges can only be made:


1. If at the time of placing the order you made a mistake in the size or product.

2. If at the time of trying on your product(s) they did not fit or you did not like them.

3. You found faults in your products according to our warranty policy.


If you made a mistake in the size or product, the product(s) did not fit, or you did not like them, you must request the exchange within the first 30 business days from the date you received your product(s).


To validate the warranty policy for manufacturing defects, you must request the exchange within the first 30 business days from the date you received your product(s).


Exchanges will be made according to the following process:

I. Process for exchanging size or product, it did not fit, or you did not like it.


1. The request will be made through a free-form letter sent to the email hola@danteshoes.com, in which:


1.1. You will attach photographs of the top and bottom of the product showing that it has not been used and that it has its protective plastic on both soles;

1.2. You will request;

1.2.1. The size exchange. Dante® does not guarantee the availability of the size, so if there are no products in your size, you can request an exchange for a different model according to points 1.2.2. and 1.2.3. of this exchange policy.

1.2.2. The exchange for a different model of lower or equal cost than the initial one. If there is a difference in your favor, it will be returned to you through a coupon to use on your next purchase.

It is important to mention that your personal data will be treated according to our Privacy Notice.

1.2.3. The exchange for a different model of equal or higher cost than the initial one, having to cover the corresponding difference.


2. If it is a size or product exchange where you paid full price: Dante® will absorb the shipping cost only on the first occasion (this includes the return costs of the product(s) to Dante®’s address and the return to your address).

2.1. If it is a size or product exchange where you paid a discounted price: The return costs of the product(s) to Dante®’s address and the return to your address will be at your expense. If you purchased your product with the 10% discount on your first purchase, the return costs of the product(s) to Dante®️’s address and the return to your address will be at Dante®️’s expense.

3. If there is a second exchange or return of your product(s), regardless of the price paid: The return costs of the product(s) to Dante®’s address and the return to your address will be at your expense, according to point 2. Section I. of this exchange policy.


II. Process for making the warranty policy valid.


1. The request will be made through a free-form letter sent to the email hola@danteshoes.com, in which:1.1. You will attach photographs highlighting the defect in the product;

2. Dante® will analyze the request and the photographs to determine the type of policy that will apply:


2.1.1. If the product has a partial defect and there is material available for its repair, it will proceed;

2.1.2. If the defect in the product is major, the product will be exchanged for one of the same model, or failing that, it will be exchanged for another model according to points 1.2.2. and 1.2.3. of the exchange policy.


3. Cleaning products are not accepted for exchanges or returns.

CANCELLATION POLICY. If you decide to cancel an order, you need to contact DANTE® at 477 194 6983, email hola@danteshoes.com, Whatsapp 477 667 5569, Instagram® or Facebook® to notify DANTE® staff about the cancellation before your order is processed according to point 2. of the delivery policy. They will check the status of the order to inform you if the cancellation is feasible or if you have to follow the return process according to the RETURN POLICY.


Regarding the above, DANTE® informs you that if your order is in transit, it will not be possible to cancel it. Likewise, there is a possibility that an order has already been processed and cannot be canceled, so in that case, the Return Policy will apply.


RETURN POLICY. If you wish to return one or more purchased products because they have a fault, a defect of origin, you were not able to make the cancellation properly, you did not like them or they did not fit you, we invite you to contact DANTE® staff at 477 194 6983, email hola@danteshoes.com, Whatsapp 477 667 5569, Instagram® or Facebook®, where they will inform you of the necessary documentation to proceed with the return of the product.


Additionally, it is important to mention that the product(s) you wish to return because you could not cancel them in time and form must meet the following conditions:


1. In case you have not made the cancellation on time, the packaging in which your product(s) were sent must not be open;

2. In case of return because the product(s) did not fit or you did not like them, they must meet the following conditions, have the original packaging(s), without showing use, scratches, alterations, or damage, and with all their accessories. Additionally, your product(s) must have their protective plastic on both soles.

You have a period of 30 calendar days from the date you received your product(s) to request the return.


2.1. No returns are accepted for discounted merchandise.


3. If the warranty policy applies, send us your product(s) well packaged and sealed.


It is important to mention that logistics services for the return due to not having canceled in time, the product(s) did not fit, or you did not like them will be performed according to points 2., 3., and 4. of section I. of the Exchange Policy, covering only half of the cost mentioned in point 2. first paragraph of the Exchange Policy.


You have a period of 30 calendar days from the date you received your product(s) to request the return.


If you have not requested the return in time and form or your product(s) do not meet the conditions stipulated in points 1. and 2., the return will not be valid, and you will have to cover the remaining cost mentioned in point 2. first paragraph section I. of the Exchange Policy to return the product to your address according to point 2. first paragraph section I. of the Exchange Policy, or if you prefer, according to the procedure stipulated in point 2. paragraphs 2 and 3 section I. of the Exchange Policy, or pick up your product(s) at Boulevard Campestre number 1007, colonia Jardines del Moral, postal code 37160, León, Guanajuato, United Mexican States.


Once we have received the product(s) at our address and authorized the return, we will refund the amount paid, requesting your bank details or other personal information to return it to you.


PAYMENT CANCELLATION POLICY. If for any reason, once you have placed an order and it does not get completed for various circumstances, such as lack of inventory or the item is discontinued, delivery logistics problems, among other reasons, DANTE® will refund the amount paid, hereinafter referred to as “payment cancellation and refund,” requesting your bank details or other personal information to return the difference. If the payment has not been completed, no charge will be made for the discontinued, out-of-stock products, among other cases.


If you have requested a specific number of products and DANTE® does not have that quantity, DANTE® will contact you to see the possibility of partially canceling the products, in which case the payment cancellation and refund equivalent to the number of products not available will be made. Alternatively, we will deliver the products in two stages, one for the quantity that DANTE® has, and the next for the remaining products as soon as DANTE® has them available in inventory. If DANTE® cannot contact you for any reason or circumstance, we will proceed with the payment cancellation and refund for all ordered products.


EXCHANGES AND RETURNS IN DANTE STORES

2. If at the time of trying on your product(s) they did not fit or you did not like them.

3. The size exchange does not guarantee the availability of the size, so if there are no products in your size, you can request an exchange for a different model according to points 1.2.2. and 1.2.3. of this exchange policy.

4. For a size or product exchange where you paid full price, there will be no cost. For a size or product exchange where you paid a discounted price, there will be a cost equal to the difference between the discounted price and the full price of the product(s).


II. Process for making the warranty policy valid.


1. Go to the DANTE® store where you made your purchase or any other, along with your product(s) that meet the conditions mentioned below, and your proof of purchase.

2. The product(s) must have their protective plastic on both soles.

3. Dante® will analyze the request and the product(s) to determine the type of policy that will apply:
