The email address you register with in the app must be the same one you provided for your previous purchases, both in boutiques and online.
This allows your points, purchase history, and benefits to be correctly aligned.
Previous purchases
Purchases that have not been previously registered in our system cannot be retroactively aligned within the app.
Rewards and points
Accumulated points are used exclusively to level up within the Rewards program.
Points are not equivalent to cash and cannot be directly redeemed for their monetary value.
